(Ricky Ricardo) is both thrilled and honored to get to portray this iconic character he grew up admiring. E.L. was born in Santa Fe, Cuba to Rev. Luis and his wife Maria Losada. They came to the US when he was 6 years old. He got his start in the South Florida theatre scene where he got to play a great variety of roles in both musicals and straight plays before moving to LA where he currently resides. He was blessed to get to be in both world premieres as well as classics and even garnished a few awards and nominations along the way. His musical theatre credits include La Cage Aux Folles, I Love You Because, Jekyll & Hyde (Carbonell Award for Best Actor in a Musical), Beguiled: A New Musical and Bat Boy (Carbonell Award for Best Actor in a Musical). Straight play credits include Just A Kiss, Paradise, Beauty of the Father and Lost Tango. Among the classics, E.L. has played in The Winter’s Tale, Much Ado About Nothing, Macbeth, The Merchant of Venice, Romeo & Juliet (Miami New Times Best Actor of 2003), Midsummer Night’s Dream, King Lear, Long Day’s Journey into Night (Curtain Up Nomination for Best Supporting Actor), Twelfth Night and Othello. TV credits include Cold Case and Trophy Wife. E.L. wishes to dedicate this show to his parents for always supporting and encouraging him.
